This position allows you to work in beautiful Greece while providing exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers regarding their Dyson products. Your role will significantly contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to Dyson products and services.
• Provide detailed explanations about product features, usage, and troubleshooting to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues swiftly and professionally, aiming for complete satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to continuously improve customer support processes.
• Stay informed about the latest Dyson products, promotions, and market trends to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the retail or electronics sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, focused on customer engagement.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with composure.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and general office software.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
