• Provide top-notch logistical support to our Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels
• Manage the coordination of shipments and track their progress to ensure timely delivery
• Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, shipping options, and resolve delivery-related issues
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and document resolutions using our systems
• Work closely with internal logistics teams to optimize service delivery and process efficiency
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to offer relevant advice to clients

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is required
• Previous experience in logistics, customer service, or a similar role is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service ethos
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities within a dynamic work environment
• Familiarity with CRM software and logistics management tools is helpful
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a dedication to delivering high-quality service
