Customer Service Rep, HelpDesk/Support
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role within our dynamic Customer Service Team, acting as a central link between our customers, sales team, internal departments, and logistics partners. Your work will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and to the smooth operation of our business.
You will be part of a team of four, and your office will be in Battice, Belgium, right next to our Belgian manufacturing site.
Your key responsibilities include
:
- Processing customer orders accurately and ensuring timely delivery
- Verifying shipments, pricing, and order details to guarantee correctness
- Maintaining proactive and professional communication with customers, addressing questions and resolving issues
- Coordinating closely with internal teams (sales, planning, logistics)
- Recording customer feedback in our systems and following up on recurring issues to support continuous improvement
- Supporting invoice verification and preparing customer reports to assist business operations
We are looking for an open-minded, organized, and customer-focused professional who enjoys combining administrative precision with frequent interaction and who strives in an environment where collaboration, efficiency, and a positive mindset are essential.
WAS WIR SUCHEN- Experience in customer service, ideally in an industrial, international environment
- Fluency in English and French;
German is a strong asset - Good IT skills, including experience with SAP
- A solid understanding of business processes and a strong sense of urgency
- The ability to stay calm, positive, and solution-oriented under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative mindset and genuine enjoyment of teamwork
- Experience in customer service, ideally in an industrial, international environment
