Location: Town of Belgium

As a Passenger Services Agent
, you are the perfect host for our passengers: you welcome, check‑in and board them at BRU Airport with respect, courtesy and integrity and ensure that they receive an efficient and friendly service during their journey through BRU Airport.
You are passionate about on‑time departures
, making sure that the required quality & safety standards are maintained at all times.

Tasks
  • Arrive at work on time, fully prepared & adhering to company procedures & grooming standards.
  • Ensure PAX receive the highest possible standard of safety, service & customer care.
  • Attend all necessary company trainings.
  • Host, check‑in & board the passengers of SN and its LH Group partner airlines at BRU.
  • Find solutions to standard customer issues, answer queries professionally & report unusual circumstances to the Supervisor on duty.
  • Ensure compliance with ground product, safety, security & work environment regulations to maintain the required quality & safety standards.
  • Communicate clearly & politely.
  • Host & accompany unaccompanied minors with the warm and caring attitude and you have an eye for PAX who need a bit of extra help.
  • Selling ancillaries (last‑minute upgrades, extra BAGS,…)
Requirements
  • Customer‑minded and motivated
  • Reached the age of 18 by the time the training starts
  • Fluent in English, Dutch and French (mandatory). Any other language is an asset.
  • Flexible and happy to work in a variable roster, incl. weekends & public holidays.
  • Must have your own means of transport, as shifts may start as early as 03:00 AM.
  • Want to work in a multicultural environment, in a large team of motivated & passionate colleagues.
  • Are punctual, discrete, friendly and good listeners who empathise with our passengers and keep a cool head at all times.
  • Willing to wear our uniform with pride and strictly adhere to our style guidelines, including the rule that visible tattoos on the face, head, neck, and hands are not allowed.
  • Have at least a high school diploma.
