Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding inquiries related to products and services
• Deliver comprehensive information about products, assist with orders, and troubleshoot any issues customers may encounter
• Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency to enhance customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system to improve service quality
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure a seamless service experience
• Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and relevant market trends to offer the best support

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in a multinational setting, is preferred
• Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Ability to effectively handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Proficient in CRM systems and familiar with standard office applications
• Self-motivated, flexible, and capable of working in a dynamic environment
