Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Dutch Speaking Customer Agent to join our team in Greece supporting a leading streaming service provider. This role is ideal for candidates fluent in Dutch and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. As a Customer Agent, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers with their inquiries, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable streaming experience.

• Provide exceptional customer support in Dutch via phone, email, and chat channels
• Assist customers with subscription inquiries, technical issues, and general service questions
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions using CRM systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience
• Stay current with product updates, streaming platform features, and service policies

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the streaming or entertainment industry
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms
