• Handle client requests and ensure diligent follow‑up
• Manage customer data and cases in our CRM
• Coordinate with our international support and finance teams
• Contribute to order processing and day‑to‑day client operations

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Business, Communication, or equivalent
• Fluent in English, written and spoken – this is essential
• French or any additional language is a genuine asset in our multicultural environment
• Organised, curious, and service‑mindful
