Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking enthusiastic Dutch-speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading web shop in Greece. As part of this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking customers by assisting them with their online shopping inquiries, order management, and issue resolution.

• Deliver professional and timely customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat related to web shop products, orders, returns, and general inquiries
• Assist customers with order placement, tracking, returns, and troubleshooting issues related to online shopping
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions within the CRM system
• Collaborate with logistics, sales, and technical teams to resolve customer issues effectively
• Stay up-to-date with product offerings, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information
• Contribute feedback to improve customer service quality and online shopping experience

• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is preferred
• Experience in customer service, especially in e-commerce or retail, is advantageous
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer‑focused approach
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and multitask effectively
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital customer support tools
• Willingness to relocate and work in Greece
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
