As a Customer Care Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our Dutch‑speaking customers. Your primary goal is to assist them with inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure they have a memorable experience using our services. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a vibrant environment while helping customers enjoy their interactions with our brand.

• Provide exceptional customer support in Dutch through chat, email, and phone
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and respond to inquiries promptly
• Guide customers through our services and educate them about our offerings
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
• Collaborate with team members to continually improve service quality
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service delivery

• Fluency in Dutch and a good command of English; any additional languages are a plus
• Previous experience in customer service is preferable but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑oriented focus
• Able to thrive in a busy, fast‑paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial
• Willingness to relocate to Greece
• An interest in customer service and a passion for working in a multicultural setting
