Momenteel zijn we op zoek naar gemotiveerde Junior Customer Care Consultants om aan de slag te gaan in de verzekeringssector. Voorkennis is niet nodig!
Wat ga je doen?- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten inzake hun verzekeringsdossiers.
- Je beantwoordt vragen via telefoon (NL-FR).
- Je stelt nieuwe dossiers op en vult bestaande dossiers aan.
- Ongeveer 80% van je takenpakket bestaat uit tweetalige telefonie, de overige 20% zijn administratieve taken.
