Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a French Speaking Customer Agent to join our team in Greece, supporting a leading Fin Tech company. This role is ideal for candidates fluent in French who are passionate about providing excellent customer service in the financial technology sector. As a Customer Agent, you will assist French‑speaking customers with their inquiries, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience.

• Deliver outstanding customer support in French through phone, email, and chat channels
• Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, technical issues, and other Fin Tech‑related questions
• Resolve customer complaints and problems promptly, ensuring high satisfaction
• Accurately record all customer interactions in the CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer experience
• Stay updated on the company's products, services, and Fin Tech industry trends

• Fluency in French (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous
• Experience in customer service, preferably in Fin Tech, banking, or related industries
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to use CRM software and digital communication tools
