What you will do:

As a Customer Support Analyst, you will provide support and help to our existing and potential customers and our colleagues. Your mission will be to investigate customers’ questions and provide the best possible answers through ticketing, live chat, and phone calls. You will collaborate closely with internal teams such as Consultants, Sales, and Developers and will redirect customers to the Developers when necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Help customers with the use of Odoo Business Apps
  • Solve functional problems by investigating
  • Engage with our visitors and leads via live chat
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Improve customers’ experience
  • Contribute to the improvement of our product and all documentation
  • Participate in side projects such as recruiting, onboarding new colleagues, and giving training
Must Have
  • Fluent in English & Italian
  • IT & Business Affinity
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Autonomous and fast learner
  • Valid work permit for Belgium
  • Solution-minded approach
Nice to Have
  • Knowledge of another European language (Spanish, German, etc.)
  • Good understanding of business processes
  • Technical knowledge (XML, Python, JS)
What's great in the job?

You will start with 2 weeks of intensive functional training leading to certification, then help improve the Odoo software based on user feedback. You'll be the key point between end-users and the product, ensuring the best support experience for our customers.
