For our support department, we are looking for a motivated
** IT student
** to temporarily strengthen our team during the summer months of
** August and/or September**.
** What will you do?
** As an Helpdesk Student, you will be one of the first points of contact for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
* Creating support tickets based on incoming customer emails
* Answering customer calls using a predefined script
* Registering customer questions accurately and forwarding them to the right team members
* Providing friendly and professional first-line support to our customers### Who are we looking for?
* You are currently pursuing a
** Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field** (such as Applied Computer Science, System and Network Administration, Software Development, ...)
* You are fluent in
** English, both spoken and written
*** Any additional language skills are a strong advantage
* You have strong communication skills and enjoy helping people
* You work accurately and independently
* You have a customer-oriented mindset
* You are available during the summer months (August, and/or September)### Practical information

* A bus stop is located nearby, making the office easily accessible by public transport.
* ** Flexible start time:
** you can choose your preferred starting time between
** 7:30 AM and 9:30 AM**. Once you have chosen your start time, we ask you to keep this schedule consistent.
