De klant zoekt een CUSTOMER SERVICE MEDEWERKER die na een inwerkperiode het centrale aanspreekpunt wordt voor nationale en internationale klanten en orders van bestelling tot verzending opvolgt. Je verwerkt orders in het systeem, maakt de orderbonnen, volgt de planning en levertijden, en stemt wijzigingen af met de klant tot en met verzending.
Je zorgt voor een vlotte en oplossingsgerichte opvolging van vragen en eventuele problemen en werkt hierbij nauw samen met drie collega’s in een hecht
