Overview

Responsibilities- Klanten ondersteunen via inkomende telefonische vragen en e-mails
- Bestellingen en aanvragen opvolgen van eerste contact tot finale afhandeling
- Klantendossiers beheren en zorgen voor een correcte administratieve en commerciële opvolging
- Technische partners en gebruikers helpen aan de balie, telefonisch en per mail
- Meewerken aan initiatieven die de klantenrelatie versterken en de service verbeteren
- Samenwerken met je team en rapporteren aan de verantwoordelijke van Customer Service
- Flexibel inspelen op dagelijkse prioriteiten in een rol waar de taken kunnen variëren van dag tot dag
