Key Responsibilities
  • Review, assess, and moderate user‑generated content submitted on social media platforms in French, ensuring strict compliance with community guidelines and platform policies
  • Identify and escalation harmful, inappropriate, or policy‑violating content — including hate speech, misinformation, graphic material, and spam — in a timely and accurate manner
  • Engage with and support the French‑speaking user community by responding to content‑related queries, appeals, and feedback with clarity and professionalism
  • Monitor social media trends, emerging content risks, and culturally sensitive topics relevant to French‑speaking audiences to inform moderation decisions
  • Accurately log moderation actions, document content violations, and maintain detailed records in line with internal reporting procedures and quality standards
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including Trust & Safety, Quality Assurance, and Training to continuously refine content moderation workflows
  • Participate in regular calibration sessions, coaching, and training updates to stay current with evolving social media platform policies and industry best practices
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a positive, inclusive, and safe digital environment across social media channels, upholding the platform’s values and user trust
Requirements
  • Native or fluent proficiency in French — both spoken and written — is essential for this role, as all content moderation tasks will be conducted in the French language
  • Valid EU passport or appropriate work authorisation permitting full‑time employment in Greece (mandatory)
  • A genuine interest in social media platforms, digital communities, and online content ecosystems is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound, objective judgements under pressure and within time‑sensitive environments
  • Excellent attention to detail, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to handle exposure to potentially distressing or graphic content in a professional and resilient manner
  • Good working knowledge of English to facilitate internal communications, training sessions, and team collaboration within a multicultural workplace environment
  • Previous experience in content moderation, customer support, trust and safety, or a related social media role is advantageous, though not strictly required — full training will be provided
Benefits
  • Competitive Monthly Salary reflective of your skills, experience, and the demands of the social media industry
  • Fully Paid Training programme to ensure you are thoroughly prepared and confident in your role from day one
  • Comprehensive Health Insurance coverage for your peace of mind and wellbeing
  • Fully Paid Relocation Package — including return flight to Athens, airport transfer, and hotel…
