Ter versterking van ons Customer Service-team zoeken we een administratief medewerker die onze klanten in de Canadese en Amerikaanse markt gaat ondersteunen.
Takenpakket:- Je vraagt transportoffertes op en volgt deze nauwkeurig op.
- Je houdt klanten proactief op de hoogte van hun transportinformatie.
- Je controleert bestellingen en zet deze feilloos om naar de correcte dollarprijzen.
- Je laadt documenten op en beheert deze in Salesforce.
- Je pakt diverse administratieve en ondersteunende taken met plezier op.
