Tomorrow land Design Studio is looking for a talented Senior Architect with a passion for hospitality.

In an unprecedented collaboration, global entertainment brand WEAREONE.world and esteemed architect Dieter Vander Velpen introduce Tomorrow land Design Studio, a design firm dedicated to transforming the ephemeral world of Tomorrow land into enduring, tangible spaces. This innovative studio marks a first in the festival world, bringing Tomorrow land’s unique essence into architecture and interior design under the creative direction of Dieter Vander Velpen.

We are looking for a Senior Architect who can take Tomorrow land Design Studio to the next level. An experienced design professional with strong conceptual and technical skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for boundary‑pushing architecture and experience design. Someone who understands the creative DNA of Tomorrow land and is driven by one clear mission: contributing to the development of Tomorrow land Design Studio into a strong, international design label.

We are seeking an architect with a proven track record in delivering innovative, high‑quality projects. Above all, you combine creativity, business sense, and project excellence, and you thrive in an environment where imagination, craftsmanship, and world‑building come together.

A varied and engaging daily work experience, in close collaboration with the creative team of Tomorrow land and Dieter Vander Velpen.

Work directly from the Tomorrow land HQ in Antwerp to design and manage projects in Belgium and abroad.

Go through all phases of projects: helping define client needs, conceptual design, design development, and project management.

Communicate directly with clients, partners, contractors, and suppliers to ensure projects run smoothly and on time.

• Master’s degree in architecture with at least 5 years of experience, preferably in large‑scale projects.
• A quick and creative thinker who easily switches between projects and is not easily thrown off balance.
• Proficient in Sketch Up, AutoCAD/Vectorworks. Knowledge of Vray is a plus.
• A team player with clear communication skills who can collaborate closely with other team members.
• Fluent in English, preferably also in Dutch.
• Someone with proven problem‑solving abilities and strong organizational skills to handle fast‑moving projects.
• Experienced in all project phases and skilled in supervising construction sites.
