Imec is seeking an experienced Senior DTCO DRAM Periphery Circuit Designer/Architect to lead design and exploration of advanced DRAM periphery circuits. You will bridge transistor-level design with macro-architecture, ensuring robust, high-performance DRAM solutions across protocol and array interactions.
You will contribute to architectural decisions at subarray, bank, and macro levels, and drive silicon bring-up, tape-out, and hardware validation in a multidisciplinary environment.
