Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented BIM Modeler to join our team. As a BIM Modeler, you will work closely with our senior team to develop and maintain 3D models of our projects using Autodesk Revit. You will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed models that will be used for construction documents, visualizations, and analysis.

Technical adaptness

• Create 3D models of buildings, structures, and systems using Autodesk Revit.
• Create and update BIM Models based on contract drawings and latest information
• Collaborate with architects and designers to resolve design conflicts and ensure that models are consistent with project specifications.
• Maintain and update models as necessary to reflect changes in design or project requirements.
• Assist with the preparation of construction documents and other project deliverables.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure that models and drawings are error-free.

• Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit and BIM modeling.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

• Degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
• Additional languages
• Strong analytical skills
• Familiarity with other design software such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and 3D Max is a plus.
