Trainee Architect: Sustainable Design & Real Estate Growth

Overview

Do you want to make the building sector more sustainable? Do you want to be part of a winning team? Are you an architect or engineer with a passion for the sustainability aspects of the building sector? Do you want to learn more about circular economy, thermal comfort, sustainability labels, eco-design, and much more?

We offer a specialized traineeship (6 months), with a possibility to grow further when collaboration is positive. We are a young and dynamic team and provide a versatile job with challenging projects. We work on prestigious projects with architects such as Peter Zumthor, David Chipperfield, SCAU, BIG, Snohetta, KAAN, KCAP, Jaspers Eyers & Neutelings Riedijk. We work closely with architects to discuss and optimise design regarding thermal comfort, daylight, biodiversity, water concept, energy concept, etc.

Besides these building-related projects, we focus on master planning and participate in contests.

You get the opportunity to broaden your technical knowledge through training and to further develop your talents. We provide not only technical knowledge but also guide you in the real estate consulting world. We allow the job content to evolve with your talent and ambition. You are dynamic, speak Dutch and/or French and are proficient in English

Diploma:
Master Civil Engineer-Architect

Minimum:
Adobe In Design and Illustrator
, Sketch Up
, Office (good knowledge of Excel).

Bonus:
AutoCAD, Dialux, Design Builder, Therm, PEB, Revit, …
