Wil jij als architect mee vorm geven aan de bouw- en renovatieprojecten ?
Als project architect vertegenwoordigt je de organisatie als interne bouwheer en begeleid je projecten van concept tot realisatie.
Jouw Verantwoordelijkheden:- Je voert stedenbouwkundige en technische haalbaarheidsstudies uit
- Je werkt schetsontwerpen, volumestudies en renovatieconcepten uit
- Je ondersteunt bij vergunningstrajecten en stemt af met overheden en externe partners
- Je vertaalt interne behoeften naar duidelijke architecturale en functionele uitgangspunten
- Je coördineert en begeleidt externe architecten, studiebureaus en aannemers
Je bewaakt kwaliteit, budget, planning en projectdoelstellingen.
Je zorgt ervoor dat het eindresultaat aansluit bij de verwachtingen en noden van de organisatie.
