As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing comprehensive learning journeys that support competence development across both divisions. These journeys will be built on input from subject matter experts in all departments.

You will collaborate with content developers to curate and create engaging learning materials in various formats, including eLearning, video, podcast, and more.

You will

• Design structured, learner-centric training journeys aligned with divisional strategies.
• Translate technical and business input into engaging learning experiences and objectives.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content & define learning objectives.
• Work closely with content developers to produce high-quality digital learning assets.
• Ensure learning solutions are scalable, measurable, and aligned with Atlas Copco’s learning philosophy and the respective divisional strategy.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our premises in Antwerp, Belgium (BE).
