De adjunct-directeur
- Zorgt voor personeel, planning en toezicht op niet-zorggerelateerde taken, waarbij beleid en procedures worden nageleefd.
- Beheert de financiën van de faciliteit en controleert uitgaven.
- Coördineert activiteiten ter bevordering van de mentale en fysieke gezondheid van bewoners.

- Ondersteunt de directeur bij afwezigheid en in vakantieperiodes.
- Toezicht op algemene activiteiten, inclusief implementatie van nieuwe programma's in de keuken, schoonmaak, faciliteiten en administratie.
