Monitor and Prefect of Discipline M​/W​/X

Brussels International Catholic School is looking for a Monitor and Prefect of Discipline (m/w/x).

• Supervising students during playground duty.
• Supervising students during lunch duty.
• Maintaining daily records of student absences and lateness, and ensuring appropriate follow-up.
• Providing fair and consistent support in matters relating to discipline and conflict resolution.
• Communicating professionally with parents and staff regarding discipline, the school uniform, absences, and lost‑and‑found matters.
• Providing assistance at the school reception when required.

• Professional training and relevant experience are required.
• Excellent command of English and/or French.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to contribute to a positive, safe and secure school environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the Prefect of Discipline, the administrative team, teachers and school management.
• Full‑time position (38 hours per week).
• Fixed‑term contract from August 2026 to June 2027, renewable.
