Context & Impact
Lansweeper's Product Management team is growing, and we need a Lead Product Manager to take full end-to-end ownership of a product domain. You'll own strategy and delivery, drive cross-functional alignment, and make sure the right things get built in the right order.
Over the next six to twelve months, success means your domain has a clear, defensible roadmap, strong stakeholder alignment, and consistent delivery - with more shipped with confidence.
ChallengeThe main challenges you'll face are:
- Ruthless prioritisation under pressure. Priorities shift and stakeholders push. Your job is to cut through the noise, make the call, and bring people along without losing momentum.
- Cross-functional orchestration without formal authority. You'll be the connective tissue between Engineering, UX, and Product Marketing. Getting alignment when timelines are tight or requirements are fuzzy requires both rigour and relationship.
- Holding your own in a high-performing team. Lansweeper's Product organisation is mature and the bar is genuinely high. Making your mark here takes a PM with real battle scars and the judgement to apply them.
- Own and defend your domain roadmap, including presenting it in Product Leadership Team forums
- Research opportunities, build the case for domain-level bets, and articulate the trade-offs leadership needs to weigh
- Set the research approach for your domain and decide when validation is sufficient to move forward
- Engage prospects and customers directly to gather feedback on existing capabilities and what's coming next
- Collaborate with UX and Engineering through the full product lifecycle - from requirements and prototypes through to delivery
- Take accountability for delivery quality and pace across the entire domain, and resolve cross-domain blockers before they elevate
- Drive go-to-market activities including release communications and enablement, in close partnership with Product Marketing
- Coach other Product Managers in your domain - including career conversations - without formal management authority
- 7+ years of hands-on Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally 10+ years for a candidate stepping in at full Lead level
- Proven track record of owning a product domain end to end, including coordinating multiple concurrent work streams
- Strong market research skills and experience building structured proposals for new product opportunities
- Fluency across multiple communication formats - live presentations, written specs, stakeholder readouts, webinars, and more
- Experience engaging mid-market or enterprise stakeholders at varying seniority levels, including partners such as resellers, MSPs, or integration partners, is a strong plus
- Familiarity with system and device management, network infrastructure, or adjacent domains is a plus - not a requirement
- Resilient and adaptable - you absorb reprioritisation without losing your footing, and you bring your team along with you
- Collaborative by default - you pull people together across functions and understand that driving something from start to finish means more than staying in your lane
- Self-driven - you identify what's next, build the case, and move
Lansweeper is an AI-native company. Above all else we want people who align with that narrative. People who are genuinely curious about AI and have proven experience in significantly impacting their workflows with it.
