UZ Leuven zoekt een adjunct-hoofdverpleegkundige voor HOS 14, een voltijdse aanstelling met deeltijdse zorgtaken. Je stuurt dagelijks aan en werkt mee aan zorgplannen, opnames en ontslagen. Daarnaast geef je leiding, coach je teams en draag je bij aan het kwaliteitsbeleid.
Je beschikt over een bachelor verpleegkunde (master aanbevolen) en hebt ervaring in traumatologische/ plastische chirurgie. Een teamgerichte aanpak en flexibiliteit zijn vereist.
