Bill of Materials Officer & Cad Designer Projects Post Sales

You will provide administrative support to the Projects Post Sales team. This team is responsible for the entire flow of HVAC materials, from developing projects and placing and following up purchase orders, to receiving goods and delivering them to the customer.

The Technical Designers develop the projects and deliver designs and bills of materials. You are the person who will process everything administratively with great accuracy, both in the ERP system and in terms of communication between your department and other departments. You report to the Projects Post Sales Coordinator.

You will support the Draftsmen team, and you will be responsible for preparing plans and drawings within the post-sales department.

Working hours: Full-time

• You are responsible for converting various bills of materials so they can be uploaded into our ERP system.
• You ensure the daily updating, communication, and documentation of changes in the bills of materials.
• You monitor and manage the master data of all HVAC-related items and bills of materials, including spare parts and missing parts.
• You make proposals to the purchasing department regarding technical alternatives to existing solutions.
• You enter documents, take care of layout, file, and archive, and keep all stakeholders informed about the progress of their files.
• You manage and follow up on orders, stock, and product returns.
• In consultation with the Technical Designer Projects, you assist in designing technical plans.
• You create project-related detailed drawings, such as water and compressed air piping, hydraulics, HVAC, suspensions, etc., and you also prepare bills of materials.
• Based on drawings, you compile ordering lists.
• You report to the Coordinator Project Post Sales.

• Ideally, you have completed higher education and/or are equivalent through experience.
• You are primarily very strong administratively, complemented by solid technical insight.
• You have an interest in and understanding of technical products and bills of materials.
• You are analytical, structured, and have a keen eye for detail.
• You work independently and in an organized manner, communicate smoothly, and demonstrate team spirit.
• You can work in a dynamic and continuously evolving environment.
• Experience with BIM software (Revit), Windchill (PLM), and/or AX (ERP) is an asset but not a requirement.
• Preferably, you have some experience as a CAD draftsman, but at minimum you have a good knowledge of AutoCAD 2D/3D and preferably Revit 3D.
• Affinity with HVAC is an advantage.
• You are fluent in English.
