Service Technician (m/f/d) – Wind Turbines

  Permanent employment contract, remunerated in line with the IG Metall in-house collective agreement in a future‑oriented industry

  Comprehensive onboarding, regular training and technical courses at the Vestas Academy, including qualification as an electrician (DIN VDE 0105‑100)

• Ensure our wind turbines operate reliably by carrying out on‑site servicing and maintenance
• Work as part of a team (at least two people) to repair turbines and resolve faults
• Analyse electronic and mechanical error messages and accurately identify the cause
• Carry out modification measures to enhance turbine performance
• Document work digitally in a simple and efficient way

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, electronics, or industrial mechatronics
• Place of work will vary within your region – you will usually be home again in the evening
• Familiar with Microsoft and iOS operating systems and apps, and ideally have experience with SAP
• Comfortable working at heights and can operate safely above ground level
• Valid Class B driver’s licence (financial support for Class BE may be available)
• Very good German (level B2) and good English skills round off your profile
