• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and emergency service calls in line with contract requirements
• Repair, test, and verify instruments to ensure they operate according to BVI specifications while minimizing repeat service calls
• Install upgrades and retrofits and explain resulting benefits and changes to customers
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction within the assigned territory
• Maintain close communication with Sales, Clinical Applications, Operations, and other internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly
• Escalate equipment issues, quality concerns, and customer feedback according to internal procedures
• Support spare parts management, including inventory control and timely return of parts
• Ensure all necessary tools, equipment, and parts are available to complete service activities successfully
• Promote and educate customers on BVI service offerings and identify commercial opportunities where relevant
• Maintain accurate and timely service documentation in CRM and reporting systems
• Provide market, competitor, and customer feedback to management and sales teams
• Complete required technical training and maintain relevant certifications
• Properly manage company assets, including vehicle, tools, test equipment, and laptop
• Support GMP, QMS, and local regulatory requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a service environment, ideally within the medical device industry
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with CRM systems and service reporting tools
• Good understanding of quality and regulatory requirements
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
• Valid driving licence
