Context-

You will contribute to the development of a reliable, sustainable, and future-oriented electricity infrastructure. This role supports the transition to a greener energy system while ensuring the security of supply across the country.

You will work alongside internal teams and external partners to lead high-voltage infrastructure projects.

What you will do-

  • Manage the full lifecycle of electrical infrastructure projects (380, 220, 150, 70, and 36 kV), from design through to commissioning and administrative closure.
  • Develop preliminary designs, budgets, and project schedules, ensuring alignment with available resources.
  • Monitor project progress, control costs, and report to management.
  • Prepare tender documentation and participate in procurement processes.
  • Coordinate on-site execution with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy while maintaining regular communication with your manager.

Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering (Civil or Industrial).
  • Experience in project management is an asset; motivated recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Solid understanding of high‑voltage systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive, responsible approach.
  • Proficiency in Dutch or French, with a good command of the second national language.
  • Proficiency in English is also required.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with power systems, renewable energy systems, or infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Multilingual capabilities are considered an asset.
