Project Engineer – Global Water & Energy

🌊Will you become our new Project Engineer?

We are looking for a Project Engineer to expand our Engineering & Technology team based in Belgium (Brugge).

This crucial role will drive the engineering development of every project. Once the project transitions from sales to execution, your design will become the backbone of the entire process. Additionally, you will play a key advisory role, coordinating the engineering team assigned to the project and supporting the project manager with your expertise to ensure a successful execution.

• Basic design of the installations (wastewater and water treatment and biogas upgrade and reuse systems);
• Preparation of the basic engineering deliverables (P&IDs, Engineering Lists & Books and Functional Description)
• Single point of contact between the project manager and the detailed engineering team in charge of civil guidelines, detailed piping, electrical and mechanical design. Leading the project engineering team and guaranteeing that all engineering documents are delivered on time and according to the engineering standards of the company.
• Communication with the team about possible price or technology improvements;
• Technical support to colleagues of other departments and end-users when required;

• Enthusiast and experienced project/ process engineer;
• Practical skills with industrial installations are a plus;
• Experience in the industry is an advantage (wastewater treatment/ biogas/ green energy from Waste), but certainly not a must.
• You are proficient in the English language (both spoken and written) – knowledge of other European languages such as Dutch, French or Spanish are a big plus;
• Communicates effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders from varied cultural and technical backgrounds.
