Your missionWe are building the future of 5G connectivity in space. As part of Aerospacelab, you will play a key role in analyzing and contributing to the evolution of 3
GPP standards, with a focus on Non-Terrestrial Networks. Your work will guarantee that our systems perform flawlessly in challenging satellite environments, enabling seamless global connectivity.
You are detail-oriented, methodical, and passionate about quality assurance. You enjoy working hands-on with complex systems and thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
Duties- Develop and execute test plans for 5G NTN RAN network components
- Build and maintain a state-of-the-art 5G NTN test bed
- Derive and track KPIs to asses solution efficiency and quality
- Conduct functional, performance, and interoperability testing in satellite-based scenarios
- Automate test cases and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines
- Analyze test results, identify issues, and collaborate with development teams to resolve them
- Validate compliance with 3
GPP standards and Aerospacelab-specific enhancements - Benchmark and compare solutions to identify optimal technical approaches
- Solid understanding of wireless protocols and 5G
- Experience in testing telecom systems, preferably in NTN or satellite contexts
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Python)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Exposure to 5G stack development or embedded systems
· Experience with UE/core emulators - Experience with performance testing and network emulation tools
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices and Dev Ops workflows
- Interest in satellite communications and NTN technologies
