- Install, maintain, and repair advanced laboratory equipment for leading clients
- Ensure and maximize customer satisfaction across a wide range of analysers and systems
- Guarantee that all systems, analysers, and component products meet manufacturer specifications
- Optimize the operation of assigned systems and analysers within one or more product lines
- Carry out routine maintenance instrument work and gain hands‑on experience alongside senior Field Service Engineers (1-3 months)
- Visit customers and provide on‑site support with senior colleagues (1-3 months)
- Update maintenance data accurately and promptly in line with service SOP requirements (3-6 months)
- Support the Central Planning department by managing spare parts stock efficiently (3-6 months)
- Independently complete preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting, becoming a trusted technical partner for our clients (6-24 months)
- Academic background:
Bachelor or Master degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial software engineering, or technical medical laboratory - Experience with installation, maintenance, and repair of laboratory equipment
- Fluent Dutch, French, and English
- Experience with maintenance data management and spare parts stock management
- Experience with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
- You have a curiosity and adaptability for meeting new people and exploring new environments
- You are devoted, flexible, meticulous, service‑minded, and mindful of keeping deadlines
- You are a team player with a good sense of humor, sociable and outgoing
- You have a strong desire to learn, grow, and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction
