Customer Service Field Supervisor

Join our team as Customer Service Field Supervisor and play a crucial role in overseeing mechanical site supervision during maintenance stops. You’ll coordinate communication between the client, our back office, and the technicians on site, ensuring client satisfaction. You’ll report directly to the Customer Service Field Manager.

As our Customer Service Field Supervisor, you will:

• Prepare maintenance interventions in collaboration with the Customer Service Manager
• Document all mechanical work completed on site and provide feedback for design improvements.
• Act as the on-site mechanical supervisor, overseeing operations, providing clear instructions to the team, inspecting and supporting technicians and subcontractors, and managing logistic operations.
• Lead toolbox meetings, follow up on subcontractor and supplier compliance, assist during incident investigations, and prepare method statements.

We imagine our ideal candidate would:

• Hold a degree in technical engineering or equivalent by experience. Whether you are freshly graduated or have some experience, we’re eager to welcome you and provide thorough training in our VYNCKE technology!
• Combine a good knowledge of mechanics and hydraulics with the ability to read technical documentation (technical drawings, P&, electrical diagrams).
• Have excellent communication skills and love working in a team.
• Be willing to travel and work abroad (max. 5 days/week).
• Be fluent in English, with local and other languages as a plus.
