The electrification of Belgium is no longer a future issue, but is taking place in the present. Belgium's electrification project is necessary because of the many solar panels, higher consumption in the home and electric cars.

The grid needs to be adapted not only to human consumption, but also because of changing technologies such as central generation. If a home has solar panels, there is not only a purchase of electricity, but there is also a supply of electricity to the grid.

Are you an enthusiastic project manager with a passion for technology and a heart for electricity and lighting? Do you want to participate in the development of modern charging infrastructure for e-cars, atmospheric monuments and sustainable sports field lighting? Then we are looking for you!

As a project manager, you will ensure the successful execution of electrical installation projects, from design to realization. You work closely with clients, engineering firms and contractors to devise and implement innovative and sustainable solutions. You report to the project director and are responsible for:

• Coordinating projects from A to Z: from preliminary design to completion
• Consult with customers and stakeholders to provide a clear needs analysis and offer the most appropriate solutions
• Preparation of lighting plans, measurement statements and design drawings, including technical solutions such as controls
• Preparing and justifying quotations to customers
• Planning, purchasing, budgeting and monitoring of projects to completion. You meticulously manage all project administration in our ERP system (Navision)
• Managing internal teams and subcontractors for efficient execution. You have a strong focus on organization and people management and conduct regular site visits
• The financial follow-up of projects: progress reports, invoice control, cost monitoring and return analysis
• Ensuring quality, safety and sustainability within each project

• You have strong technical knowledge of electrical installations and preferably experience as a project engineer or site supervisor
• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in electricity
• You are organizationally strong, communicative and have a commercial feel
• You are a team player who motivates people and keeps an overview
