Involved in all dredging and offshore projects worldwide, the survey department is responsible for the organisation of all hydrographic and topographic measurements in all phases of the works. We are seeking a Surveyor with a strong background in offshore and/ or dredging activities.

As a Project Controls Engineer, you will provide support for a project from contract award up to close. You are the one that plans the work and keeps an overview of the overall progress. Implementing tools and processes challenge you and you make sure that this implementation goes smoothly.

Project Management Systems do not have any secrets for you. You understand core project controls knowledge areas (scheduling, risk management, cost control, project information management). Thinking out of the box and using innovative ways to improve the business processes are key elements in this job.

The Project Manager Fleet Interventions is responsible for the end-to-end execution of the scope of work for a vessel intervention period (maintenance, repair, mobilisation, conversion, installation of mission equipment, ..) and redelivery. This role ensures that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to stringent quality and safety standards, while also obtaining high vessel performance and reliability post-redelivery.

As a Electrical & Automation Engineer at DEME, you’ll operate both broadly and deeply: involved in multidisciplinary designs while diving into specialized technical topics. You’ll work closely with internal teams across the business, ensuring seamless integration of systems and equipment used in our own fleet of vessels.

In this role, you will ensure that schedules align with production priorities and are executed seamlessly. Join our team as a Reliability Engineer and lead the proactive enhancement of our asset reliability. You'll play a pivotal role in developing, implementing and overseeing maintenance strategies throughout our FLEET of vessels. You use your analytical mindset to identify priorities and areas for improvement to boost asset availability and performance, while adhering to the fundamental principle of total cost of ownership.
