Draughtsman HVAC Sint-Niklaas

Subsidiary Gezel in Sint-Niklaas is looking for a technical draughtsman for HVAC projects
. Are you a technical draughtsman in the HVAC sector? At Gezel , you Gezel presented with the perfect challenge! In our project team, you will work with the project leaders and administrative support to ensure accurate preparation and support. Together, you will work on projects from quotation to final completion.

What does the project flow look like for you?

1) Quotation: quotations are prepared (often based on in-house engineering) with drawing work from the quotation phase (floor plans or hydraulic diagrams), price requests, estimation,...

2) Site preparation: When ordering, project preparation starts with material selection, design calculations, price comparisons, proposing technical sheets, drawing out execution plans, ...

3) Follow up execution: managing the site, ensuring the team has the right materials for the mechanics on site and providing them with the necessary briefing. You will be in contact with the mechanics and technicians, suppliers, the client and our subcontractors, to keep everything on track.

4) Finishing: With the as-built file, you offer the customer a clear understanding of the installation and a well-settled project.

• You have experience in Autocad and/or Revit (experience in Stabicad is a plus)
• You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceli>
• Knowledge of the HVAC industry and/or construction acumen are pluses
• Commitment and eagerness to learn are essential
• You have organizational talent and sufficient assertiveness to co-manage projects
• You live in the broad region of Sint-Niklaas (within a 30-minute radius) and want to work locally
