IBA Training Team mission consists in providing training to achieve & maintain the competencies necessary to her.his job, ensuring and facilitating the good follow-up of those trainings up to the associated certification, determining with the business the necessary competencies for performing work affecting product quality, evaluating the effectiveness of the training. All this and in collaboration with HR, to participate to employee engagement within IBA.

• As Technical training specialist, you will be part of that IBA Training Team who is developing technical trainings for Proton Therapy Solutions employees on subjects ranging from existing products to new technologies.
• You will take the entire responsibility of the development of technical content and deliver the technical trainings in line with the training plans requirements.
• You will collaborate and motivate IBA experts to create useful content (papers, hands-on, etc.) and support them (directly or organize it with colleagues) to facilitate their work.
• You will create content in your own domain of expertise or in domains for which no expert could be found within IBA (after having learned the technology by yourself).

You have:

• Either a Relevant experience as Trainer in a technical environment or a Master degree or a PHD in Engineering Sciences and proven technical skills (physics, electricity, electronic,…)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• A born instructor eager to learn
• Enjoying sharing your knowledge
• A customer oriented team player with very good interpersonal skills and hands-on
• Efficient in communication software (e-learning)
• Able to organize your work autonomously and to take initiative and responsibilities
