Senior MEP Cost Manager; Data Center Construction

For our client in Farciennes, we are looking for a Senior MEP Cost Manager.

As a Senior MEP Cost Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering expert cost management services on complex construction projects located in Farciennes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing tenders and bids with a focus on Mechanical, Electrical, and Process (MEP) packages to ensure value for money.
• Supporting the resolution of construction disputes and claims related to MEP installations.
• Mentoring and leading junior team members to foster excellence in MEP cost management.
• Preparing and agreeing on final accounts, ensuring optimal value from completed works.
• Developing cost estimates and plans for major developments, with emphasis on MEP components.
• Providing timely cost documentation to support agile project management and informed decision-making.
• Participating actively in the tender/bid process, from documentation review to analysis and reporting.
• Overseeing project expenditures, producing valuations and cost reports, and managing MEP-related variations.

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Has solid experience in MEP cost management on large‑scale, complex projects (e.g., data centres, oil & gas, pharma, or heavy industry).
• Comes from a consultancy background and has strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and installations.
• Holds a degree or equivalent experience in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Communicates clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Is based in or willing to relocate to Farciennes, with the legal right to work in Belgium.
• Enjoys working in a dynamic environment and managing their own priorities and deadlines.
