We are looking fora skilled Industrial Project Engineer (HVAC) with at least 3 years of relevant experience and a strong consulting mindset.

You will support and advise industrial clients, lead HVAC studies, designenergy‑efficient solutions, and accompany project execution from a technical and strategic perspective.

• Conduct technical audits of HVAC installation sand identify sustainability improvement opportunities.
• Advise clients on strategies to reduce energy consumption, optimize lifecycle costs, and adopt low‑carbon technologies.
• Perform HVAC calculations, simulations, andenergy modeling for industrial environments.
• Develop concepts and detailed designsintegrating energy‑efficient and sustainable approaches.
• Evaluate and compare technical solutions (heatrecovery, high‑efficiency equipment, renewable integrations).
• Assist clients with specification development,tender processes, and contractor evaluation.
• Support implementation phases to ensure alignment with proposed sustainable solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and projectowners.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Lead workshops and communicate technicalconcepts in a clear, structured way.

• Language proficiency: Fluent in Dutch and/or French + English
• Mobility and flexibility: Whether you are behind the wheel with a B license or prefer low‑carbon commuting, you are ready to travel to client sites regularly.
• Exceptional communication: You excel at synthesizing information and communicating it in a way that drives action.
• Organizational wizardry: Juggling multiple projects? No problem - you've got the time management skills to keep everything on track.

• Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Energy Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC engineering, ideally in industrial or consulting environments.
• Strong understanding of energy‑efficient
  
  HVAC design and applicable regulations.
• Proficiency with CAD/design toolsand simulation software.
• Strong analytical, communication,and presentation skills.
• Ability to convert technicalanalysis into actionable client recommendations.
• Professional proficiency in English ANDFrench/Dutch.

• Experience with energy audits,sustainability engineering, or ESG consulting.
• Knowledge of renewable integration(heat pumps, solar thermal, geothermal).
• Exposure to LCA or carbon footprintmethodologies.
• Project management certifications(e.g., PMP, Prince2).
