To further strengthen our position in the market and to support our strategic growth by launching new services and accessing new verticals, we are seeking a passionate and proactive Innovation & Advisory Expert
.
In this role, you will combine technical expertise, innovation, and client advisory
. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to develop and deliver solutions focused on emissions reduction, regulatory compliance, and consulting
. You will conduct and manage consulting and advisory projects, ensure high-quality service delivery, and represent Intero – The Sniffers as a trusted player widely in the environmental business.

• Advise clients on emissions reduction strategies, compliance requirements, and best practices.
• Deliver advisory reports and recommendations based on data analysis to improve emission monitoring and reduction.
• Contribute to the expansion of additional advisory services.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships.
• Participate as a strong team member in the scaling of business service offerings to our international clients.

• Contribute to innovation and advisory projects (e.g., OGMP, MRV, GHG, emission reduction pilots).
• Deliver high-quality technical input and ensure accurate, actionable results.
• Collaborate with internal experts to optimize project outcomes.

• Analyze data from diverse sources for compliance with OGMP, MRV, and GHG frameworks.
• Deploy enhanced data analysis practices, especially related to sampling, extrapolation, and uncertainty.
• Prepare clear, accurate client reports based on robust and defendable data acquisition and processing.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas or Chemical Industry sectors
• Knowledge of environmental protocols in an industrial context, such as OGMP, MRV, and GHG protocols, is a strong plus.
• Proactivity and self-management skills are a must.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills; able to translate complex topics into clear advice.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events.
