Overview
Technology Engineer - Adsorption Materials:
Your role is to deepen expertise in adsorption materials and explore their behavior in industrial processes. As a technology engineer adsorption materials & technology within the ceramics task force, you will work on the development, optimization and application of Cerades
TM in our in-house developed premium adsorbent.
You will investigate and analyze the behavior of adsorption materials in production and application processes, and translate your insights into commercially viable solutions. You will collaborate closely with R&D teams, product development experts, production engineers, and external research partners to drive the next generation of ceramic adsorption products. In this role, you report to the Ceramics Task Force Leader and work on site at our production facility in Wilrijk, Belgium.
Responsibilities- Develop, optimize and apply Cerades
TM in our premium adsorbent products. - Investigate and analyze the behavior of adsorption materials in production and application processes.
- Translate insights into commercially viable solutions.
- Collaborate with R&D teams, product development experts, production engineers, and external research partners to advance ceramic adsorption products.
- Work on-site at the production facility in Wilrijk, Belgium and contribute to the ceramics task force.
- Master’s degree in Materials or Chemical Engineering, or a related technical-scientific field
- Initial working experience in a relevant technical field with responsibility for leading technical projects
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive attitude
- Creative and critical thinking, willing to contribute beyond core responsibilities
- Ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously, supported by strong communication and collaboration skills
- Enthusiastic, driven, and quality-minded, with high awareness of safety and operational excellence
- Fluent in Dutch and English
