Global Lead CAD Designer

Global CAD Design Manager – offering global team leadership, CAD transformation strategy, and innovation in design automation.

Salary: €80,000 – €100,000 gross per year.

Location:

Kortrijk area, Belgium.

• Lead and structure the global CAD organisation, aligning resources with business priorities.
• Define and implement the global CAD roadmap, including the transition to 3D and parametric design and the standardisation and governance of commercial, technical and installation drawing processes.
• Drive digitalisation, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure quality, consistency and timely delivery of CAD outputs across projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align drawings with technical and operational needs.

• Proven experience managing CAD teams within automation, warehouse automation or industrial environments.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in AutoCAD and a solid understanding of 3D design tools.
• Experience with CAD standardisation, automation and process optimisation.
• Strong leadership, organisational and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience in project‑driven, cross‑functional environments.
• Fluency in English and a willingness to travel (~10%).
