We are building the future of 5G connectivity in space. As part of Aerospacelab, you will play a key role in analyzing and contributing to the evolution of 3

GPP standards, with a focus on Non-Terrestrial Networks. Your work will ensure scalability, reliability, and performance for next-gen satellite-based communication systems.

• Define and maintain the software architecture for 5G NTN gNB components
• Ensure compliance with 3
  
  GPP standards while optimizing for satellite-specific constraints
• Collaborate with system engineers, protocol experts, and hardware teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Evaluate emerging technologies and propose architectural improvements
• Contribute to internal design reviews and development efforts

• Proven experience in software architecture for wireless communication systems
• Strong software engineering skills and experience with distributed systems
• Ability to translate complex requirements into scalable architectural designs

• Experience with 5G NTN concepts and satellite communications
• Understanding of 3
  
  GPP 5G , especially RAN architecture
• Experience in 5G RAN stack development
• Background in embedded systems or performance-critical networking software
