Your missionWe are building the future of 5G connectivity in space. As part of Aerospacelab, you will play a key role in analyzing and contributing to the evolution of 3
GPP standards, with a focus on Non-Terrestrial Networks. Your work will ensure scalability, reliability, and performance for next-gen satellite-based communication systems.
You are a strategic thinker with strong technical depth, passionate about designing robust architectures for complex systems. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy influencing both technical and standardization directions.
Duties- Define and maintain the software architecture for 5G NTN gNB components
- Ensure compliance with 3
GPP standards while optimizing for satellite-specific constraints - Collaborate with system engineers, protocol experts, and hardware teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Evaluate emerging technologies and propose architectural improvements
- Contribute to internal design reviews and development efforts
- Proven experience in software architecture for wireless communication systems
- Strong software engineering skills and experience with distributed systems
- Ability to translate complex requirements into scalable architectural designs
- Experience with 5G NTN concepts and satellite communications
- Understanding of 3
GPP 5G , especially RAN architecture - Experience in 5G RAN stack development
- Background in embedded systems or performance-critical networking software
