Our team of Service Technicians works on drive technology projects in the industry, offshore, and dredging sectors. As a Team Leader Service, you are responsible for planning the work for service technicians who perform both internal and on-site service at customer locations.
You also follow up on the work, which can include assembly and disassembly, inspection, and testing. This applies equally to tasks performed at customer sites. You ensure good work preparation and provide technical support to the service technicians.
You are the main point of contact for our customers. Strong communication skills and customer focus are therefore essential. You keep customers informed about the work and project progress. Being able to switch quickly between tasks is important, as multiple projects often run simultaneously.
What you excel at- Following up on work in the workshop and at customer locations
- Maintaining customer contact
- Supervising and transferring knowledge
- Reviewing inspection, testing, service, and maintenance reports
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in (electro) mechanical engineering
- Technical experience, preferably in the hydraulic sector
- Experience in supervisory or leadership roles
- Experience with the ERP system SAP is a plus
