We are currently partnering with a technology-driven industrial player looking to strengthen its leadership in quality for highly demanding electronic materials.

We are seeking a Chief Quality Officer (or equivalent senior leader) to drive a step‑change in quality excellence across R&D and industrial operations.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating quality standards for next‑generation copper‑based materials used in advanced electronic applications.

• Defining and executing the global quality strategy across complex, high-performance products
• Building and optimizing a robust R&D quality management system, ensuring traceability and standardization
• Leading quality across the entire product lifecycle (innovation → validation → industrialization → mass production)
• Establishing proactive quality risk management frameworks
• Acting as a key interface with top-tier customers and strategic partners
• Driving root cause analysis, corrective actions, and zero-defect initiatives
• Fostering a strong, cross‑functional quality culture across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams

• 10+ years of experience in quality leadership within copper, PCB, or advanced electronic materials industries
• Strong exposure to high-performance environments (ultra‑thin materials, high frequency / high‑speed applications, critical reliability requirements)
• Solid command of international quality standards (ISO, IATF, APQP, FMEA, PPAP, etc.)
• Proven experience operating at the intersection of R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain
• Strong leadership track record, with the ability to structure and transform organizations
• Analytical mindset combined with a hands‑on, results‑driven approach
