Wij zoeken een medewerker onthaal/telefonie, die een passie heeft voor klantenservice en een grote interesse in de automobielsector.
Dit zijn jouw taken:
- Binnenkomende oproepen beantwoorden.
- E-mails en online berichten verwerken en opvolgen.
- Klanten aan de balie adviseren
- Werkorders opstellen en afspraken inplannen.
- Intern doorverwijzen van klanten.
- Als medewerker onthaal/telefonie neem je de telefoon metplezier op.
- Ervaring met MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is noodzakelijk.
- Daarnaast ben je klantvriendelijk en communicatief sterk.
- Je hebt affiniteit met de automobielsector (of minstens een interesse in deze sector).
