Where no two days are the same.## Your Role As a maintenance planner you play a critical role in the maintenance workflow by ensuring efficient planning and scheduling of maintenance activities to maximize equipment availability, minimize downtime, and improve operational performance.
As a gatekeeper, you control, validate, and regulate maintenance activities to ensure safety, compliance, and proper execution of all work interventions.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Develop and maintain preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
* Control access to the maintenance schedule and prevent conflicts
* Prepare work orders (job plans, procedures, required resources)
* Coordinate maintenance activities with production teams and safety teams to schedule downtime
* Prioritize tasks based on equipment criticality and business impact
* Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
* Ensure all required permits
* Confirm availability of resources (technicians, spare parts, tools)
* Review and validate maintenance requests before execution (quality, completeness, priority)
* Ensure compliance with procedures, standards, and HSE rules
* Stop, reject, or escalate non-compliant activities## Your Profile
* Knowledge of CMMS systems (SAP PM, Maximo, etc.)
* Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
* Technical knowledge (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation)
* Knowledge of HSE procedures and permit-to-work systems
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Maintenance, or related field
* 2–5+ years of experience in maintenance or industrial planning
* Experience in maintenance, operations, or HSE
