Role Overview
As a Project QHSE Engineer within our Infra division at the Fehmarnbelt Project in Denmark, you’ll support on‑site teams in maintaining and monitoring QHSE‑S practices, conducting inspections and audits, and ensuring safety standards are applied throughout the project.
Responsibilities- Advise and support the workforce on QHSE‑S matters.
- Organize trainings, inductions and toolbox meetings.
- Conduct audits and inspections on site and on vessels.
- Recommend improvements and follow up on implementation.
- Identify and evaluate QHSE‑S risks.
- Collect data and prepare reports.
- Escalate and communicate key QHSE‑S issues and initiatives to the QHSE department.
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Interest in developing a career in QHSE.
- Structured and efficient working style; proactive, team‑player with initiative.
- Fluency in English (other languages a plus).
- Willingness to work abroad for extended periods in Denmark.
- Experience with maritime work and working on water.
- At least 5 years of experience in HSE.
- Continuous development with a training pathway to grow personally and professionally.
